office opened in March of 2001 with Judy Savage as principal
broker. Our office consists of experienced agents, many who
were RE/MAX agents with other franchises. We will soon be
opening a new office in the Lake Monticello area of Fluvanna
as well. We have agents who specialize in all areas of our

farms and estates.
We belong to four Multiple Listing Services for greater exposure
of our listings. This also enables us to locate property in
our surrounding counties that many of our competitors don’t
have access to. From the mountains to the Piedmont region

with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives,
